As a Ross employee I’ll say this:
It is not as bad as you think but the franchise is very thrifty. Your chances of finding something really cool are rather slim and equally as slim in terms of finding it in your size. But I totally agree with people complaining about stores being trashed and annoying customers with chaotic kids and babies.
